Am I required to commit into any long term contract ?
Absolutley no, you are not required to commit into any long term contract. You just need to give us a 30 notice to notify the staff and start moving them to start interviewingfor new projects and positions. We will make the process really simple and stress free.

Will my staff work with any other company in parallel ?
For per minute staffing, usually they will work to cover multiple companies call and task queues. However, for full time, the employees are only working for your company and they will participate as any other employee you have directly working for you. They will be dedicated to your work, tasks and schedule.

What happens if a I am not happy with one of the employees ?
We make this process very simple, all you need to do is just to notify our team. We will handle the situation and find you new canadidates to choose from usually within 72 hours.

How will you help me through the process ?
Our team is local in BC and Ontario Canada. We will be available anytime you need us, to help you:
1. interviewing, and choosing your employees from the list of canadidates
2. our team can you help do the training for new employees if needed
